Background

Since initiating the collaboration in 2013 with the acquisition of an Automatic Tube-sewing Machine from SUNTECH to enhance their folding and sewing process pre-dyeing, BEXIMCO has fostered a deep and trusting partnership. Over the past decade, this relationship has flourished, marked by BEXIMCO's continued investment in a variety of SUNTECH’s equipement. BEXIMCO Group, the largest private sector group in Bangladesh, is a diversified conglomerate with a significant presence in industry sectors, with an annual revenue exceeding 2 billion US Dollars.

Also, BEXIMCO encompasses one of South Asia's largest vertically integrated textile and garment companies, and its weaving section boasts an installed capacity of 288 high-speed air-jet looms and a high-tech dyeing and finishing section capable of processing 100,000 yards of finished fabric per day. and Beam Stackers. This innovative solution optimizes space utilization and management, effectively addressing their storage capacity requirements. By implementing this best-selling equipment, BEXIMCO has witnessed a significant increase in their storage capacity, along with streamlined storage and retrieval processes. Moreover, the modern intelligent management features of the Beam Stacker have revolutionized the way BEXIMCO manages their beams. Specifically tailored for BEXIMCO, SUNTECH designed and installed two beam stackers, providing a total storage capacity for 200 beams while saving 60% of space. Additionally, the average time required to retrieve a single beam has been reduced by 20 minutes, marking a substantial improvement in operational efficiency.
