In Nov. 2023, we invited PERMODA to visit SUNTECH to experience our brand, products and services. In the course of our business negotiations, we learned that PERMODA was struggling with an inefficient manual process of laying fabric on 20 tables to relax the fabric which was taking an excessively long time. SUNTECH offered an equipment solution with 3-stage relaxing process and Roll-to-Roll method, which allowed for direct cutting after relaxing, saving the client at least 24 hours of processing time compared to their previous manual approach.

After investing in 10 of our advanced Fabric Relaxing Machines, the client was able to streamline their workflow. PERMODA was extremely satisfied with the performance of our machines, which have significantly improved their fabric relaxing efficiency and enabled them to better meet customer demands through increased production capacity.
ENHANCING SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS

In January 2024, VARDHMAN, a leading Indian textile manufacturer, visited SUNTECH in China to explore solutions to their production challenges. VARDHMAN's key priorities were safety and automation. The company highlighted inefficiencies and safety concerns in their beam storage and handling processes. The heavy beams required 2-3 workers normally, resulting in high costs and low productivity, while posing significant safety risks. The SUNTECH team presented customized material handling and storage solutions to address VARDHMAN's specific needs. These will improve efficiency and mitigate safety risks associated with manual handling.

During the factory tour, VARDHMAN expressed interest in further automating their workflows, and SUNTECH confidently proposed a tailored solution to deliver an end-to-end automated system, realizing the integration of AI visual inspection with automated labeling, packing, sorting, and material handling. This meeting built strong confidence for both parties to expect our innovative technology to solve the unique challenges facing large textile manufacturers.
AI VISUAL INSPECTION MAKES EFFICIENCY & PRECISION

SNOWTEX, a leading Bangladeshi textile maker, turned to SUNTECH in China to solve their quality control issues in this May. As a diverse fabric producer, SNOWTEX struggled with strict standards their manual inspection couldn't meet. The SNOWTEX team highlighted limitations in their manual process. Human inconsistencies and attention lapses led to quality problems being found too late, causing waste and inefficiency. To address this, SUNTECH introduced their AI Visual Inspection System. This technology used intelligent cameras and AI technology to automate fabric inspection, delivering unparalleled precision and speed 4-5 times faster than manual inspection.

Crucially, the system's deep learning enabled precise defect detection and comprehensive data logging, and will empower SNOWTEX to implement data-driven quality management across production. Recognizing the transformative potential, SNOWTEX realized automation could improve quality consistency and reliability, while freeing skilled workers for higher-value tasks, driving greater efficiency and productivity.
AUTOMATING PROCESS FROM INSPECTION TO PACKING

A leading Pakistani textile manufacturer, SAPPHIRE, visited SUNTECH last September, seeking innovative packing solutions. SAPPHIRE wanted to integrate fabric inspection and packaging for greater efficiency. The SAPPHIRE team highlighted limitations in their manual fabric packing. Traditional labor-intensive methods had become inadequate, struggling to meet output while maintaining quality.

SUNTECH responded with their Automated Fabric Roll Packing Machine. This solution could directly integrate with inspection units, automating the entire workflow including inspection, taping, labeling, packing, and sorting. The machine was customizable, allowing SUNTECH to tailor it to SAPPHIRE's needs. The SAPPHIRE team was captivated by the transformative potential. By streamlining packaging and eliminating inefficiencies, SAPPHIRE could expect a 5-fold productivity increase while maintaining quality.
NEW POSSIBILITY OF WARP BEAM HANDLING

Early this year, RABATEX, a renowned Indian textile producer, made a visit to SUNTECH in search of cutting-edge solutions to streamline their manufacturing operations. As an investor with rigorous standards, RABATEX sought equipment that would satisfy the most stringent European benchmarks for stability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. During discussions, RABATEX highlighted rising labor costs and inefficiencies in manual material handling. Specifically, heavy warp beams require 2-3 workers, leading to high costs and low productivity.

SUNTECH responded with the Electric Warp Beam Trolley, which will not only met European standards, but also delivered operational efficiency, safety, and reliable performance. Importantly, SUNTECH's attentive after-sales support and extensive maintenance services granted RABATEX the confidence to concentrate on their primary business operations. By equipping RABATEX with SUNTECH's automation capabilities, the two companies have formed a strategic alliance to catalyze transformative change. RABATEX can now anticipate improved productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality as an outcome of this partnership.
AI SOLUTIONS DRIVE NEXT LEVEL OF TEXTILE PRODUCTIVITY

In August 2023, BOWI, a leading Polish textile manufacturer, visited SUNTECH in China to find solutions to their pressing production challenges. BOWI faced labor shortages, high labor costs, and low employee efficiency, particularly in fabric inspection - a critical bottleneck impacting their productivity and quality control. Based on that, SUNTECH introduced AI Visual Inspection System, which leveraged smart vision and AI technology to automate the fabric inspection process. The intelligent cameras could catch defects with precision multiple times greater than the human eye, while operating 4-5 times faster than manual inspection. Crucially, the AI-powered system utilized a vast database and deep learning algorithms to accurately pinpoint and record defects, enabling digitalized quality management.

Impressed by the system's capabilities, BOWI recognized the transformative potential it held for their business.
