Background

FM Denim has a production area of approximately 350,000 square feet, and produces 1.2 million meters of Denim Products per year. The spinning department can produce 14,000 tons per year. The production stage is vertically integrated from the source of cotton to the finished product (spinning, warp preparation, dyeing, washing and finishing).

Since its establishment, FM Denim has purchased the best machinery and equipment from all over the world to ensure the production of first-class denim products, and its customers are all over Europe and the United States. Since its establishment in 1987, FM Denim has continued to expand and move forward. Their mission is to produce better quality denim products and bring them to global customers. Since 2017, FM Denim has established a partnership with SUNTECH. SUNTEC provides FM Denim with Fabric Relaxing Machine, Beam Stacker and Electric Warp Beam Trolleys, helping FM Denim achieve efficient production and higher product quality.

FM Denim faced significant challenges with the inefficiency of repetitive processes in their production line. Product Requirements

Back to 2017, FM Denim required a machine capable of converting fabric rolls from the loom into plaited fabric, which would then proceed to the wet processing phase. The existing process involved fabric rolls with hollow pipes being threaded through a shaft and placed on an A-frame. However, pulling the A-frame risked damaging the fabric.

Understanding this critical requirement, SUNTECH provided a tailored solution with their fabric relaxing machine, effectively addressing the issue. Concurrently, as FM Denim's production scale expanded, they actively sought new production areas and advanced automated warehousing and handling solutions to support their growth and enhance operational efficiency.
