Background

GALTEX Russia is the largest textile manufacturer in Ivanovo and Russia. The production process involves weaving, dyeing, printing, sewing and other processes. Founded in 1997, it has more than 1,000 employees. At present, the company has a total of 850 looms, including 750 STB looms with a width of 180cm/330cm, 100 ATPR looms, and a production capacity of 500w meters/month. The main products include woven fabrics, including grey fabrics: original cotton fabrics, printed fabrics, terry cloth, twill fabrics, and plain fabrics. Finished products include home textile fabrics, bedding, towels, etc.

GALTEX and SUNTECH began to establish cooperation in 2019. At the beginning of 2019, GALTEX began to plan the dyeing and finishing plant. With over 50 years of professional manufacturing in textile machinery, SUNTECH provided GALTEX with multiple Material Handling Equipment to meet GALTEX's production needs. As GALTEX's production continues to expand, they have purchased more than 40 textile machines from SUNTECH in the past five years, including Fabric Inspection Machines, Double Folding Machines and Automated Material Handling Equipment to meet the factory's growing needs.
