Background
MITHELA GROUP was established in Bangladesh in 2002. With more than 20 years of experience in the fabric and garment industry, it currently produces silk, twill, canvas, horizontal stripes, satin, plain cloth, cotton/spandex fabrics, and woven garments. It is also the only textile industry in the entire Asian continent that has been recognized for its commitment to protecting nature. In 2018, it received the "LEED Platinum Certification" issued by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). With the help of all the latest machinery, MITHELA GROUP's experts produce high-quality woven textiles for making shirts, non-denim fabrics, chinos, and many other garments. And it has long-term cooperation with brands such as H&M, COUNTRY ROAD, ZARA, COSTCO, etc. MITHELA GROUP provides customers with high-quality finished fabrics and can also customize and design clothing according to customer requirements and ideas. It has a dedicated development department.

MITHELA GROUP insists on producing textiles without damaging nature. The yarns, chemicals, and dyes used are thoroughly tested before use, and the products are sustainable. They insist on using the latest textile machinery to provide high-quality textiles to end customers. MITHELA GROUP faces problems such as high labor costs, damage to fabric rolls during handling, low efficiency, and the production process is also facing the problem of downtime at any time. In early 2016, MITHELA GROUP sought advanced textile equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs. After an in-depth investigation, MITHELA GROUP chose SUNTECH and obtained a more efficient and labor-saving solution.
Honored Customer Journey
MITHELA GROUP is currently one of the most influential textile companies in Bangladesh. It has a diverse product line and mainly produces silk, twill, canvas, horizontal stripes, satin, plain cloth, cotton/spandex, and other fabrics and woven garments. Its monthly weaving output reaches about 2.5 million meters. In 2016, MITHELA GROUP began to cooperate with SUNTECH. In the 9 years of cooperation, MITHELA GROUP has successively invested in multiple fabric inspection machines, automated packing machines, warp beam trolleys, etc. to save manpower and effectively reduce the wear of fabrics during transportation. SUNTECH's equipment successfully solved the problem of troublesome and low efficiency in fabric handling. It also optimized the fabric inspection process and saved more manpower.

SUNTECH has always believed that customer satisfaction is the core driving force of our success. To further enhance the customer experience, we have launched a VIP service system, dedicated to providing better and more intimate support to every partner, and also regard MITHELA GROUP as one of our important strategic customers. In February 2025, our business team visited MITHELA GROUP in Bangladesh and presented trophies and gifts to express trust and gratitude. During this cooperation, SUNTECH not only helped MITHELA GROUP solve key problems in production but also brought visible benefits, demonstrating the great potential of advanced machinery in the transformation of traditional manufacturing. We will continue to deepen cooperation, jointly optimize products, and further enhance market competitiveness.
Challenges & Why SUNTECH

SUNTECH Solutions to Help Out
Fabric Inspection & Automated Packing Machine
SUNTECH's fabric inspection machine has transformed its quality control process, enabling the inspection team to scan fabric at an impressive rate of 20-25 meters per minute—twice the previous speed. Furthermore, the integrated four-point system optimizes the quality control workflow, reduces training duration, and minimizes inspection errors. Consequently, there has been a notable increase in inspection pass rates and heightened customer satisfaction downstream.
Before the implementation of SUNTECH's fully automated packing solutions, MITHELA GROUP faced challenges with efficiency and significant material waste during the fabric roll packing process. SUNTECH's Automated Packing Solutions boast a packing speed of 7 rolls/min. The introduction of this equipment has significantly boosted MITHELA GROUP's efficiency and pass rates in packaging.

Automated Material Handling Solutions
During the communication with MITHELA GROUP, we learned that they were facing problems of low efficiency and high cost in handling fabric rolls. Due to the heavy weight of the fabric rolls to be handled, 3-4 workers were required to cooperate during the operation, which not only led to low production efficiency but also increased the possibility of production stagnation and product delivery delays. SUNTECH provided the warp beam trolley. The compact design ensures flexible operation even in limited space. The operating handle is simple and easy to use, and one person can complete the entire operation process, saving labor.
