With the expansion of production scale, NG Group gained from SUNTECH's automated textile machinery solutions to help the factory achieve intelligent and efficient operation.

Background

Established in 1982, NZ TEX GROUP encompasses three companies and is a comprehensive factory producing denim and non-denim fabrics, clothing, and other textile products. The production process includes spinning, weaving, dyeing, and garment manufacturing. The group operates over 400 looms with a denim weaving capacity of 3 million meters per month. Non-denim weaving capacity includes 2.5 million meters per month (solid and PFD) and 1.5 million meters per month (flax and linen blends). As a textile manufacturing powerhouse, NZ Group prides itself on maintaining first-class quality and efficient color production, showcasing Bangladesh's premier denim and non-denim manufacturing capabilities.

Since partnering with SUNTECH in 2016, NZ Group has prioritized factory development and collaboration with machinery brand suppliers known for their reliable quality, safety, and stability. Over the past eight years, NZ Group has acquired various textile machinery and equipment from SUNTECH, including electric A-shaped car tractors, axle warehouses, and cloth sample cutting machines. This has fostered a long-term and amicable relationship with SUNTECH and its offline agents in Bangladesh.

SUNTECH Solutions to Help Out

Automated Material Handling & Storage Solutions

SUNTECH Automated Material Handling & Storage Solutions are designed for maximizing beam storage space utilization and efficient transport in weaving section. Our Beam Stacker, has a huge storing capacity for storing a number of various beams, in order to fit the available space of the client, the storage capacity is still being optimized. It can intelligently loading & unloading beam, could employ a microprocessor-controlled information system for storage and retrieval of particular beams.

During NZ Group's purchasing, SUNTECH customized the beam stacker system for better operate loading and unloading beam for operators. Considering that the customer has different types of shafts and needs to store them together, an additional set of chains is configured to ensure its operating effect. With SUNTECH's Beam Stacker, NZ Group no need to put all their beams on the ground to avoid any damage, saving at least 4 times storage space, and 15mins saving by taking 1 beam out.

During manufacturing, NZ Group uses batches of A-frame trolleys, which have heavy capacities and are difficult to transport from the warehouse to the workplace. To reduce manual labor and improve efficiency in these repetitive tasks, NZ Group aims to allocate workers to higher-value jobs. SUNTECH offers Electric A-frame Tractors that easily connect to the A-frame trolleys. These Electric A-frame tractors can effortlessly handle over 4000KG A-frame trolleys with only one operation, significantly reducing labor costs. They are also widely used for the storage and transportation of textiles. In textile factories and warehouses, these tractors serve as temporary storage tools for textiles and facilitate the transfer of textiles from one location to another, aiding subsequent processing or transportation.
