SUTEX is dedicated to developing and selling clothing and fashion textiles. The company is headquartered in Colombia, with branches in China, the United States, Mexico, and other countries. The Colombian factory, located in an industrial park, comprises four buildings and utilizes fabric inspection machines from SUNTECH. SUTEX exports to North America, South America, and Europe, prioritizing the quality and appearance of their fabric products to deliver higher value and a superior purchasing experience to customers.

Since 2014, SUTEX has maintained a long-term and close business relationship with SUNTECH. The collaboration began with fully automated packing machines and fabric rolling machines. In recent years, SUTEX has continued to cooperate with us and successively implement our 6 fabric inspection machines. They provided an advanced approach to fabric quality control, empowering inspectors with improved tools and capabilities. Our fabric inspection machines enabled SUTEX's inspectors to scan fabrics at an average rate of 20-25 meters per minute, nearly twice as fast as previous inspection. This allowed the team to inspect a larger volume of fabrics, keeping pace with the production demands. Also, with an integrated 4 point system, the quality control process is straightforward and easily understood, reducing training time and errors during inspection. This allows manufacturers to streamline operations and improve fabric quality control efficiency. It enhanced fabric quality and consistency resulted in a significant reduction in customer complaints and returns.

The implementation of our fabric inspection machine empowered the dye house's quality assurance team. They experienced a 20% increase in inspection efficiency, a 15% improvement in defect detection accuracy, and a 15% decrease in customer complaints.
